Clients with an active pack can open support tickets directly from their dashboard. Our team will review and address your request based on your plan's SLA.
SLA & Response Time
Response times vary depending on your subscription pack:
- Pack START/LAUNCH: 48h to 72h
- Pack GROWTH: 24h
- Pack SCALE+: 12h

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+4).
