1. Application of Conditions
These general conditions of sale (CGV) apply to all sales of services and products concluded through our internet website. Placing an order implies the client's full, unreserved adherence to these CGV.
2. Prices
The prices of our services are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but the services will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of the validation of the order.
3. Orders
You can confirm an order after reviewing the final summary. Any order validation implies the acceptance of the price and the description of the services available.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secured. We accept payments by Stripe.
5. Delivery/Execution
The digital services ordered will be delivered or executed according to the timeline specified during the ordering process.
6. Liability
Our responsibility cannot be engaged in case of non-performance or poor performance of the contract due to the purchaser, insurmountable and unforeseeable fact of a third party, or force majeure.
7. Governing Law
These conditions are governed by the applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
